Two people were killed Monday night when they were hit by a commuter train in Natick, Massachusetts, and commuters should expect continued delays, the MBTA announced.
Information is very limited at this time, but the Traffic Police Department said: Richard Sullivan confirmed the victims were pronounced dead at the scene from their injuries.
Transit police detectives and the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office responded and are investigating what happened.

Aerial footage showed a bicycle lying on the side of the tracks and workers at the scene littering the ground with evidence markers.
The ages of the victims have not been released at this time, and authorities have not confirmed whether one or both of them were riding the bikes at the time of the accident.
The investigation is currently ongoing.
