Ishan Kishan made his return to cricket by scoring a run against Rootmobile in the DY Patil T20 Cup. Known for his aggressive batting style and explosive six-hitting ability, Kishan was expected to be a key player in the RBI, but failed to establish a solid base at the top of the team.

Ishan Kishan made a short-lived return to competitive cricket by hitting a six against the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) against Root Mobile in the DY Patil T20 Cup on Tuesday.
The left-handed batsman, who was resting due to mental fatigue, showed glimpses of his strong hitting talent during his knock.
Kishan was caught by Maxwell Swaminathan while going for a big hit and was eventually dismissed for 19 off 11 balls.
But it wasn't until he hit a nice six off Swaminathan that cleared the ground and landed in the bushes.

Route Mobile dominated the match from the start, posting an impressive total of 191/8 on the board. The bowlers then complemented the batsmen's efforts, restricting them to just 103 runs in 16.3 overs, ensuring a comfortable victory for the team.
Kishan's return to the field will be a welcome boost for cricket fans who have been eagerly awaiting his return. The wicketkeeper-batsman is expected to play an important role for Mumbai Indians in the upcoming IPL season. However, there are many question marks over his place in the national team.
The DY Patil T20 Cup has served as an important platform for several Indian players to fine-tune their skills ahead of a busy domestic and international season. This tournament saw the return of other big names like Hardik Pandya who leads the Reliance 1 team.
