Fashion model and social media star Renee “Ren” Noe has over 300,000 followers on Instagram, but the thing that “inspires” her the most is her all-girls running club. Connect with over 300 runners from Noe Bad Vibes. physical and mental health. This beauty explains it all in an exclusive interview with M&F.
“I started running because my husband was training for an ultramarathon. I never grew up playing sports or being active, but during the coronavirus lockdown, I started running. I didn't have anything else to do inside, so I decided to train with him,'' says Noe, explaining the origins of her ever-expanding club. “Now, when I said I trained with him, I couldn't even run 400 meters! But it was so much fun because he pushed me in a positive way.'' I love a challenge and keep coming back. I started with half a mile, then increased to 1 mile, then 2 miles. My love for running was definitely helped by how I felt afterwards. I feel so fresh and new, if that makes sense!
The benefits of running don't need to be explained to those who prefer to prioritize one over the other. Research shows that even a short run can contribute to our health and longevity, not to mention the endorphins we get from sweating. A state of euphoria often referred to as a “runner's high.” Determined to share her newfound passion for running with her ever-growing social media follower base (she currently has around 1 million of her TikTok buddies), Noe decided to share her newfound passion for running with her growing social media follower base (she currently has around 1 million TikTok buddies) and decided to join the Running His Club. We decided to form “Noe Bad Vibes''. “This came about because there was a time when TikTok might be banned. I asked myself, what's the point of this if I can't meet my community?”

Noe Bad Vibes participants grow from 15 to over 300
Noe tells M&F that he has decided to put his ideas into action. “I thought it would be fun to get some local girls together and start a little Instagram page for anyone who wants to get involved. I started a private Instagram page for the girls to follow. I had to make a request, and at first it was just me and 15 other girls in Utah. I was so inspired by the turnout, as there were only 15 of us at the time. It's amazing to see over 300 people gather in a place like Austin, Texas, before. I've seen creators and influencers do events before, but never before. I honestly didn't expect it to be a big event. It takes up my life, and I love it so much!”
Noe's most recent run in Orange County, California, capped the number of girls confirmed to run with 300, with another 700 waiting patiently on the waiting list. Of course, starting a running girlfriend community is a great way to make new friends and share your love of fitness, but there are also tangible benefits. “I saw a clear improvement in my muscle composition,” Noe says. “never
I grew up being good at sports, but I don't think I've lost or gained any weight. However, I am definitely stronger. ”
So where have people traveled the furthest to join the Noe Bad Vibes running club? ,” she says. “When I was covering the East Coast states, people were driving over six hours from different states, which was really shocking. When I did the Las Vegas run, I was honored. We had one girl coming from Utah. And when we did the Tennessee Run. The girls were from New England states, so we were so impressed!”
How to join René Noe's “Noe Bad Vibes” running club
“Usually how it works is you have to follow our Instagram page to get information about upcoming locations,” explains the inspirational leader. “Instagram is private, so it may take some time for people to accept it, but we'll accept any woman. The reason it's all women is because we want it to be a safe place for young girls to participate.” There are many girls around 10 years old, so we want them to feel comfortable at all times. Once the location has been decided, we will send you a registration message on IG Story 1-2 weeks in advance, so you can register. As for the running club itself, we usually all get together, take a big photo, make a few TikToks, and then go for a run, which in my mind is more than a 5k. It's long, so it's always the standard 4 miles. It's less than 5 miles, so I think it's just the right distance. People sometimes do longer or shorter, whatever they feel comfortable with. Some people walk. Everyone is welcome, some with dogs, some with babies in strollers.
“I think the best thing about this club is that people get to meet people that they probably wouldn't have met otherwise. This is literally 300 people coming together to come out and do something that we all love. It's an amazing group of women. The message I get after a running club is probably the best message anyone could ever receive. I feel so fulfilled after it's over and I'm so grateful to everyone who came. Masu.”
Our girls say international running is a definite goal for their future, so the 'Noe Bad Vibes' running club may one day become accessible to everyone. So, your first 400 mile run can bring about positive change in the world.
Well done, Len!
