About the Berkshire Bees Hockey Club
The TSI World Berkshire Bees are a British ice hockey team based in Slough, Berkshire. They play in the NIHL National Division, the second tier of British ice hockey.
Founded in 1987 by John Nike as the Bracknell Bees, the Bees spent their first 33 years in their namesake town of Bracknell, based at the John Nike Leisure Sports Complex. Over those years they have achieved many incredible achievements, including winning the British National League (BNL) Winter and English Premier Ice Hockey League (EPIHL) Cup competitions, winning the English League, BNL and EPIHL League Championships, an EPIHL Playoffs championship and most notably winning the Super League, the first fully professional league in the UK. With TSI World as their title sponsor, they are now the TSI World Berkshire Bees Ice Hockey Club, a testament to their rich history and tradition of success that we are proud to be a part of.
The Berkshire Bees usually play home games on Sunday nights, but occasionally play home games on Saturdays and midweek. In the NIHL National League, teams usually play two games on a weekend, usually one home game and one away game.
