In context, South Park Stan's mother, Sharon, is shown talking to Kyle's mother, Sheila, about weight-loss drugs. Sharon laments that she cannot get a prescription for a drug like Ozempic because she is not diabetic, and then reveals that there is a new kind of obesity treatment “for those of us who can't afford Ozempic or Maunjaro.” This new “drug” is called “Rizo,” a reference to the “About Damn Time” singer's song, the details of which are featured in a parody drug commercial.
