Philadelphia – Following an impressive performance at the Ivy League Championships in Providence, Rhode Island over the weekend, the senior Anna Karandadze and second year student anna morn Both finished the 2023-24 season with two All-Ivy honors.

Qalandadze earned two first-team All-Ivy titles in the 500-yard and 1,650-yard freestyle races, while Moeen earned two second-team All-Ivy silver medals in the same events.
Karandadze, the fourth Ivy League champion in program history, repeated as champion in both the 500 free with an NCAA A cut time of 4:37.21 and the mile where she dominated the competition with a mark of 15:54.53. Setting a new pool record at the Katherine Moran Coleman Aquatics Center.
Moeen placed second behind Karandadze in both the 500-meter free and 1,650-meter free, swimming 4:42.12 and 16:12.86, respectively. She also won a bronze medal in the 200-meter free with a time of 1:48.05, giving her a team-high total of three medals.
The Quakers placed fifth among Ibis' Ancient Eight, receiving a total of 865.5 points. Penn State's small team will compete this weekend at the ECAC Championships in Annapolis, the NCAA Zone Diving Championships will be held March 11-13 in Princeton, and the NCAA Championships will be held March 20-23.
