The horrifying story of a keen swimmer who was brutally eaten by a shark at sea with his friends is back in the spotlight.
Back on Thursday, April 3, 2014, Christine, 63, joined a group of swimmers on her routine morning swim from Tathra Wharf to Tathra Beach, more than 200 miles (320 km) south of Sydney, Australia. I was exercising with a group of people.
She had no idea that it would be her last act on earth and reportedly didn't even have time to scream until she was snatched away, a truly horrifying story.

The group swimming was completely unaware of the shark's dangerous presence when it stalked the group.
The only sign that a predator might be nearby was when the birds began to congregate, and some groups ducked and dove to the surface, spotting the fins of the birds heading towards them.
As the swimmers swam to safety in a large group, thinking that Christine was already back on land, they ultimately thanked their lucky stars and avoided a near-death experience, feeling relieved on the beach. I leaked it.
All the survivors were perfectly healthy when they returned to shore, only to discover that Christine was missing and that she could not be reached.
Those fears were confirmed the next day when her goggles, swimming cap and body washed up on the shore.
As a result, a huge 13-foot-long shark immediately attacked the unsuspecting Christine. The group heard no noise or screams as the shark snapped its jaws and swam toward Christine. Christine was pronounced dead instantly.
Christine's husband of 44 years, Rob, admitted his wife was “completely exhausted” during a routine swim, adding that she died instantly and almost without pain, adding: “I don't know what hit me. I'm sure you didn't know.”

“The shark was so big that it basically swallowed her whole. She probably didn't even know it happened,” Robb told reporters in 2014.
He also said she was a regular swimmer and knew the dangers of swimming in the ocean, and insisted she did not blame sharks for the incident.
This area was previously a popular spot for fishing and shark hunting.
This chilling story was recently retold in a YouTube video, and several viewers were shocked and left their thoughts in the comments section.
One person said: “Sorry, I'm not getting into the main course of water at all. LOL.”
Another wrote: “The thought of being swallowed whole by the dark anatomy of a 13-foot-long shark is a horrifying nightmare. As the shark swam away, she became conscious, if only for a moment. I think it's highly likely that he did.”
A third said: “That's pretty awful. But when you go to the shark world, there are opportunities.”
