Gagne is a sports management and leadership major and boasts a 3.51 GPA. He was selected as a 2023-24 Hockey East Third Team All-Star and was the runner-up for the Hockey East Best Defensive Defenseman award. Gagne played in all 36 games last season, scoring one goal and 13 assists for 14 points. He led the team and was second in Hockey East with 70 blocks. Gagne was named Hockey East Army ROTC Defender of the Week twice during the season, on Jan. 8 and Feb. 19.
Hellsten majored in accounting and finance and posted a 3.92 GPA. In the 2023-24 season, he went 15-12-1 with a 2.04 goals-against average, a .909 save percentage and five shutouts. Hellsten was second in Hockey East and tied for sixth nationally in goals-against average and second-best in program history in goals-against average. Hellsten was twice named Hockey East Stop It Goaltending Goaltender of the Week, receiving the award on January 8th and March 11th.
