The U-14 TID program is designed to unearth top talent in the U-14 age group and introduce them to the older U-15 to U-20 MYNT scouting funnel. The mini-camp format helps evaluate and inspire high-potential players while accelerating their development in an engaging and challenging environment.
This scouting and identification structure will not only expand the YNT player pool at an early stage but will also allow time for top players at the U-14 age level to assimilate the core principles of the YNT philosophy and accelerate their development.
The program also provides an opportunity to strengthen the national network of U.S. Soccer Association scouts, who will serve as assistant coaches for local teams to promote education and development, as well as build the association's connections with clubs across the country.
