Top-seeded Bobcats win Game 1

HAMPDEN, CT — The top-seeded Quinnipiac men's ice hockey program moved one step closer to Lake Placid with a 5-1 win over RPI on Friday night.Cha Game 1 of the ECAC Quarterfinals at M&T Bank Arena.

The Bobcats scored first. Anthony Cipolloneafter deflecting the puck over the line, it crashed head-first into the net, giving the hosts a lead they would not relinquish.
