HAMPDEN, CT — The top-seeded Quinnipiac men's ice hockey program returned to Lake Placid and ECAC Championship Weekend to score a dominant victory, defeating RPI 5-2 in the quarterfinal round of the 2024 ECAC Men's Hockey Playoffs.

Andon Cervone Continuing their exciting weekend, they scored the opening goal and the winning goal, finishing the quarter-final weekend with five points.

The second goal saw a flurry of goals, with four goals scored in the final 2 minutes and 57 seconds, the first two goals by the hosts and the second two by RPI.

Cervone's goal at the 9:13 mark of the third game made the difference, as he missed a chance for a hat trick and won the game. jacob kiran He extended his lead with his first score of the Bobblehead night.

- mason marcellus recorded three assists for the second straight game and added help on the first, third and fourth goals.
- Cervone finished the weekend with three goals and two assists, which was good for a five-point weekend.
