After a successful season in which the Tar Heels earned the No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament, UNC basketball is undergoing major changes to its roster.
Armando Bacot and Cormac Ryan have both exhausted their college eligibility, but the Tar Heels will lose a third member of last year's starting lineup with recent announcements.

On Saturday morning, Harrison Ingram announced on social media his intention to forgo the remainder of his college eligibility, end his college career after three seasons, and declare for the 2024 NBA Draft.
Ingram spent just one year in Chapel Hill and played two seasons at Stanford before transferring to UNC. The 21-year-old had a career season with the Tar Heels, averaging 12.2 points, 8.8 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game in 37 games.
The 6-foot-7 forward shot a career-high 38.5 percent from 3-point land and also had a career-high 1.4 steals per game. His campaign earned him Third Team All-ACC honors.
Harrison Ingram's athleticism and experience make him a valuable addition to the Tar Heels, pairing well with Bacot and senior RJ Davis to power UNC's bounce-back season last year. He is currently projected to be a late first-round pick, according to multiple sources.
The Tar Heels could be without a fourth starter as they await Davis' future decision. Regardless of his decision, UNC basketball's rotation next season will look a lot different with Ingram leaving for the NBA.
