2024 Canadian Olympic and Paralympic Trials

Split comparisons show Stokevicius has been more aggressive in this race, clocking a time 2.5 seconds faster than his previous personal best at the Canadian Open in April. She held out until her 150 meters, but she slowed down a bit in her final 50 meters.

Due to competition rules, international swimmers like Statkevicius are not eligible to swim in the 'A' finals of the Canadian Olympic Trials. World Swimming has said an invitation to an Olympic “B” standard swimmer is unlikely, but Stotkevicius is aiming for an Olympic spot in the “B” final with her target time of 1:57.26.
