– Smith, Jones, Schultz and Pauls earned a fifth-place result in the 400-meter freestyle relay (3:37.57).

– #16 Swarthmore won the event with 991 points, followed by host #20 Gettysburg with 868.5 points. In third place was Ursinus with 440.5 points, and in fourth place was Franklin & Marshall with 417 points. Fifth through eighth place were Dickinson (328 points), Bryn Mawr (205 points), Washington (180 points), and McDaniel (121 points), respectively.
– This championship was the last for Hewitt, Jones and Schultz.
