In-person/uniform registration for Riverhead PAL football and cheerleading will be held at the Riverhead Senior Center, 60 Shade Tree Lane, Riverhead, on April 15th and May 1st from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. I will.

Riverhead PAL encourages everyone to sign up for an online account at DaySmart Recreation, the platform currently used by the Riverhead Town Recreation Department.

Registration fees and requirements are as follows:
Tackle Football – Residents: $200, Non-Residents: $210
Target age: 7 years old, 8 years old (7 years old or older, under 9 years old as of December 1st)
9 years old, 10 years old, 11 years old. (Children must be 9 years old or older and under 11 years old as of September 1st)
Birth certificate required when registering as a new player
Flag Football – $60 for residents, $70 for non-residents.
5 years old, 6 years old (5 years old or older, under 7 years old as of December 1st)
Birth certificate is required when registering new players.
Register in person, by mail or online.
Cheerleading: $110 for residents, $120 for non-residents.
A female student who will enroll in grades 2 through 6 in the fall of 2024.
Only you can register for Cheer. Wear your swimsuit to ensure an even fit.
Practice: Tuesday and Thursday night practices begin in mid-July and are held at Stodsky Park throughout the season.
Games: Sundays from September to November at various fields throughout Suffolk County.
Football: Number of games varies by age level (approximately 8-10 games – half home/half away) Flag Football: (approximately 6-8 games – half home/half away)
Cheerleaders cheer at all home and away soccer games.
