Gene Banks, Robert Brickey, Cherokee Parks, Grayson Allen and Paolo Banchero will be among those visiting this week at K Academy, Duke University's annual basketball fantasy camp, a tradition that brings together past, present and future Blue Devils.
Of course, retired five-time national champion and camp namesake Mike Krzyzewski will be in attendance, as will head coach John Scheyer, who is in his third season with a 54-18 overall record, and his assistants.

As can be seen in the group photo below provided by the Duke University basketball social media team, the camp's “counselors” include returning talents Tyrese Proctor and Caleb Foster, all four of offseason transfers Malik Brown, Mason Gillis, Zion James and Cameron Sheffield, plus five of the top recruits in the country: Cooper Flagg, Carman Malouac, Isaiah Evans, Con Knueppel and Darren Harris.
Only one newcomer is absent.
But make no mistake, this player's absence can be forgiven: Duke University basketball recruit Patrick Ngomba II performed well at a USA Basketball training camp in Colorado over the weekend and has been named to the 12-man USA Team that will compete in the FIBA U-18 Americas Cup, which will be held June 3-9 in Buenos Aires.
That means Ngomba will miss this season with K Academy, but the 6-foot-11 five-star player missed his senior year of high school due to a foot injury, so the international tournament should be beneficial in helping him knock off any remaining rust during his recovery before beginning his career with the Blue Devils.
