The Mississippi State women's soccer team arrived in London today for a long-awaited trip overseas and embarked on an unforgettable journey. Fueled by excitement and determination, the Dawgs flew overnight from Miami, Florida, arriving in the bustling city around 10 a.m. local time.
Once they landed, the Dawgs wasted no time immersing themselves in England's rich soccer culture. Their first stop was the famous Novotel Wembley, which they would call home during their stay. Located in the heart of the city, Novotel Wembley provided the perfect base for the team to rest and recharge before their upcoming adventures.
Eager to experience the passion of English football first hand, the Dawgs headed straight to Vicarage Road Stadium to watch the thrilling match between Watford and Coventry City. The match was a brutal one against Watford, with American sensation Haji Wright stealing the show with both of Coventry's goals.

The Mississippi State women's soccer team continued its exhilarating journey through London, soaking up the city's vibrant culture and thrilling soccer scene. With a sense of adventure and anticipation, the Dawgs embark on a new day of exploration, starting with a visit to an iconic part of Camden.
Departing their accommodation at Novotel Wembley at 9.30am, the team eagerly headed to Camden, a cultural hotspot known for its eclectic mix of markets, music venues and street art. With free time to roam and explore, players delved into the busy streets, soaked up the vibrant atmosphere, and discovered the hidden gems that make Camden a must-see destination.

As lunchtime approached, the Dawgs enjoyed a meal at Camden's famous eateries, sampling the city's diverse flavors and bonding over their shared love of soccer.
After saying goodbye to Camden, the team headed to Brisbane Road Stadium, looking forward to the FA Cup quarter-final match between Tottenham and Manchester City. Arriving at the stadium at 2pm, the Dawgs took their seats and prepared to witness the drama and excitement of first-class English football.

The Mississippi State women's soccer team delved deeper into London's vibrant tapestry for a day immersed in adventure and culture. Moods were high and camaraderie was in the air as State University started the day with a hearty breakfast at the Novotel Wembley, fueling them for a day full of training and exploration.
After breakfast, the team geared up and headed to Silver Jubilee Park for a grueling training session.Under the watchful eye of the head coach james armstrong During their time in England, the players honed their skills, honed their tactics and prepared for the challenges that await them on the pitch this week.

At 12:30pm, the team boarded transport into central London, eager to explore the iconic landmarks that define the city's rich history and culture. Led by knowledgeable guides, the players and their staff set out on a walking tour, visiting sights such as Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square.
