The Lindenwood men's ice hockey team lost 5-0 to the No. 3 Wisconsin Badgers in a tough road contest.
The Badgers' Quinn Finley turned the tide of the game when he scored the first goal of the game off a pass from Joe Parodik at 11:42 into the game. Leading 1-0, Wisconsin's Cruz Lucius scored at 18:47, with assists from Ben Dexheimer and Mathieu de Saint Phalle.
During the second period, the Badgers scored two more goals. Carson Bantle slipped through the Lions defense and scored on passes from De Saint Phalle and David Cilliers at 1:17. At 2:41, Finley scored his second goal and Wisconsin's fourth. Finlay was supported by Daniel Lartsch and Simon Tussey.
The winning goal was again scored by Finlay with 0.2 points within regulation. He was supported by Tyson Dyke.
