Huntington, West Virginia – Marshall women's basketball coach Juli Foulkes announced the final coaching staff for her first season at the helm of the Thundering Herd on Tuesday.
Coach Fulks' staff additions for the 2024-25 season include assistant coaches Stephanie Galhausen, Sasha Santimano and Mikasa Robinson.
“One of the most important duties a head coach has is to assemble a group of coaches who are committed to the overall development of our student-athletes,” Fulks said. “This group is a group of professionals who value success on and off the court, and we are excited to represent the future of hard women's basketball.”
Each addition continues the theme of Fulks' success on the defensive side of basketball, where her team in Transylvania led all divisions in scoring defense during the 2023-24 season (43.6 points per game).
Gehlhausen comes to Marshall with head coaching experience after serving as the head coach at Lander University for the past two seasons. From his first to second years, he led Lander to 11 wins and the team's GPA improved from 2.9 when he arrived to 3.43. when she leaves.
Prior to her first season, Gehlhausen brought in ten players to fill out the roster. Santimano joins the Hurd from Army, where he served as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the past two seasons.

Robinson, a native of Ashland, Ky., will return to the Tri-State and join the Thundering Herd's staff after serving as a graduate assistant to Jeff Walz at the University of Louisville for the 2023-24 season.
Under Walz, Robinson worked on skill development for the Cardinals, specializing in defense on the floor, while also serving as a mentor to student-athletes with athletic and academic responsibilities.
Robinson holds the Louisville all-time record as a player with 162 games played in five seasons. In each of her five seasons, the Cardinals advanced to the Elite Eight and reached the Final Four twice.
Robinson was named to the ACC All-Defensive Team three times and was named a top 12 defensive player in the NCAA by ESPN's Mechelle Vaupel.
