The addition of a new Green Hall parking deck at the corner of University Blvd. Candler's Mountain Road will bring an additional 1,500 vehicles closer to the stadium on game days.
The following changes will be implemented to improve the game day experience for all fans and facilitate safe pedestrian access and vehicle entry and exit.
- The associated Low Pink Lot (LaHea Ice Center/LaHea Recreation and Fitness Center) has been reduced in size and number of vehicles due to this construction. Those who choose this lot will have two spaces (one for parking and one for tailgating), but will no longer be able to accommodate RVs and trailers.
- The Doc's Diner Lot (previously paid parking only) is now the Flames Club White Lot, with priority selection available to eligible Flames Club members. RVs and trailers are only allowed in this lot.
- The Brown Lot (Hockey East, next to Extended Stay) will also transition from paid parking to the Flames Club Brown Lot.
- Paid parking and ADA parking will be combined into the Green Hall parking deck, bringing ADA parking even closer to the stadium. The Green Hall parking deck will offer a special shuttle bus from this area to and from the stadium, eliminating all other stops on game days. Paid game-specific parking ranges from $15 to $35 depending on the game and opponent, but anyone with an ADA license plate or placard can park for free in this lot.
Due to Game Day's growth, ADA golf carts will no longer be offered on all lots. Fans in need of support are encouraged to choose the Green Hall parking deck. Lot-specific shuttles to the stadium will be provided. This is recommended not only for fans with ADA placards, but also for fans who have difficulty walking.
Flames Club members will begin choosing their parking spots next week during the seating improvement period. Fans interested in season tickets and Flames Club membership, which includes parking, should contact Flames Club at (434) 582-CLUB (2582). If you purchase a season ticket, parking passes for the season start at the Eagle level ($150).
