Taylor is the daughter of Mario and Tanika Haggan and has one brother, Mario Jr. Her mother played college volleyball at Mississippi State, and her father had a 10-year NFL career with the Buffalo Bills, Denver Broncos, and St. Louis Rams. Taylor plans to major in international business at West Texas A&M.
