2024 schedule

Canyon, Texas – NCAA Division II national runner-up and first-year head coach Brittany Harry announced the Lady Buffs' complete 2024 schedule on Friday afternoon. The full schedule includes 12 home games at WTAMU Fieldhouse “The Box.” The schedule also includes his two games against his University of Missouri and Ferris State teams at Central, his NCAA Division II Tournament field last season.
WT opens the season inside “The Box” from September 5-7 when the Lady Buffs host the annual BritKare Lady Buff Classic, competing against Ferris State University, Texas A&M International, and Central Missouri. University, against West Virginia State University. WT will then travel to compete in the prestigious Colorado Premier Challenge to be held in Denver, Colorado on September 13th-14th.
The Lady Buffs will travel to Dallas Baptist for the Lone Star Conference Crossover, which is comprised of the top teams that finished in the conference standings from the 2023 season. Teams include Angelo State University (Sept. 20) and Dallas Baptist University (Sept. 21).
Lone Star Conference action begins September 26thth as the Lady Buffs travel to western New Mexico for a start. The Lady Buffs will return to “The Box” to take on Angelo State (Oct. 4), followed by Lubbock Christian (October 5). The Lone Star Conference tournament will be held from Nov. 22-24, with the highest seed hosting.
The NCAA South Central Regional Tournament will be held from Dec. 5-7, with regional winners advancing to the NCAA Division II Elite Eight, which will be held from Dec. 12-14 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
WT won the LSC Championship for the third year in a row in 2023, hosted the NCAA South Central Regional Tournament, and cruised to NCAA Division II National Runner-Up.
