Cincinnati Bearcats veteran defensive lineman Jowon Briggs showed great potential at the first Big 12 Pro Day this weekend!
Briggs had the most bench presses of any player at Big 12 Pro Day. Or the NFL Combine, 39 reps of 225 pounds.
The Cincinnati product improved on his draft performance by posting a 5.0-second time in the 40-yard dash with a 26-inch vertical jump.
Now that he has the opportunity to continue his career at the highest level, Briggs hopes to be selected in the NFL Draft in late April!

During his unforgettable career with the Bearcats, Briggs had 130 tackles and eight sacks in three years, developing into a key role on the defense.
