Rock Springs – RSHS' Jocelyn Copeland has signed with Minnesota North College Rainy River to play volleyball. She plans to play for the Voyageurs and major in nursing.
Copeland expressed her excitement about attending Rainy River College and said her goals are to make it to the finals with the volleyball team and complete the first two years of her nursing degree.

When asked what she is most looking forward to about this opportunity, she said she is excited about the change of pace from Rock Springs, seeing something new since the campus is so close to the border, and potentially visiting Canada.
Copeland has been on the RSHS volleyball team all through her high school years and said she has experienced many good and bad times with the team.When asked about her fondest memory, she said the six girls she played with from her freshman year through her senior season were what she enjoyed most about volleyball and how they always stayed together despite all the challenges and successes they went through.
