India vs Bangladesh, 2nd Women's T20I Live Score: Radha Yadav spearheaded the bowling attack with a three-wicket haul as India restricted Bangladesh all out to 119 in the second T20I at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium in Sylhet.
Radha finished with figures of 3/19, while Deepti Sharma and Shreyanka Patil scored two points each. Mursida Khatun was the top scorer for the hosts with 46 points.
Nigar Sultana elected to bat first after winning the toss. After a comfortable 44-run win in the first match, Harmanpreet Kaur & Co. will be aiming for a better show with the bat to take a 2-0 lead in the five-match series.
Bangladesh brought on Ritu Moni, while India brought on D. Hemalatha in place of the diminutive Jastika Bhatia.
The margin of victory was large enough for the T20I, but India's batting effort in the second half was not overwhelming. He went from 100/2 in 12.2 overs to scoring just 45 runs in the next 46 balls. They struggle to accelerate and this area has been an issue for some time. Harmanpreet admitted after the match that it was an issue that needed to be addressed. However, India with the ball restricted Bangladesh and it was tough from beginning to end with Renuka Singh Thakur picking up three wickets.
Apart from captain Nigar Sultana, none of Bangladesh's batsmen could resist the chase of 146 runs. Sultana's 51, the top scorer among both teams, was not enough as Bangladesh could only get 101 for 8 in 20 overs.
