The second day of the 2024 Greek National Swimming Championships brought additional qualifications for this summer's Olympics, including a 30-year-old athlete. Christian Gukolomeev.
The 2019 World Championship silver medalist competed in the men's 50m freestyle with a winning time of 21.93 seconds. This performance gave the veteran his 13th consecutive Splash and Dash win and earned him an Olympic berth in this event.
Gukolomeyev's time was lower than the World Aquatics Olympic qualifying time of 21.96 seconds.
He was the only swimmer to accomplish this feat. Odysseus Meladinis Won silver medal in 22.30 seconds despite being U23 champion Stergios Marios Villas He won the bronze medal with a time of 22.65 seconds.

Other notes
- Artemis Vasilaki She won the women's 400m freestyle in a time of 4:11.47, setting a new lifetime best. This shortened her Greek national record of 4:11.59 by 0.12. Zoe Dimoshakis He broke that record about 25 years ago at the 2001 European Junior Championships.
- Women's 50m free saw Nora Drakow He recorded a time of 25.26 seconds and won the national championship for the ninth time in this event during his career.
