Gainesville Sun Truck, Flag Football, Tennis Player of the Year Voting

During the spring season in the Gainesville area, the spotlight is on baseball and softball, as well as several successful teams.

Some are focused on lacrosse, especially Oak Hall, a state contender.

But what about other sports? In track and field, star athletes compete at state every year. The same goes for tennis. And then there's flag football, the fastest growing sport in the state, with a number of new teams debuting in the region this season.
