UConn football is scheduled to hold its 2024 Spring Fan Fest on Sunday, April 21 at Joseph J. Morrone Stadium in the Riza Performance Center on campus.
As part of this year's event, fans are invited to the Mark R. Shenkman Training Center next to Morrone Stadium for a UConn Athletics surplus apparel and equipment sale starting at 11:30 a.m. Access to the sale begins at 10am. 30 a.m. for UConn Sports season ticket holders.
Tickets to this year's Spring Fan Fest event are free and available at UConnTickets.com. Fans attending Spring Fan Fest will be offered a Buy 1 Get 1 Free e-ticket offer for the upcoming 2024 Home Football Schedule.
Here's a breakdown of Sunday's events:
10am – 1pm – Tailgating
Starting at 10 a.m., I Lots East and West parking lots will be open for free. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so fans are encouraged to arrive early.
Additional free parking is available for fans in the South Garage, but tailgating is prohibited there.
11:30 a.m. – UConn Athletics Surplus Sale
This sale includes discounts on surplus apparel such as T-shirts, shorts, sweats, hoodies, polo shirts, pullovers, jackets, and select uniforms. Equipment includes a combination of running shoes, cleats, and various accessories (backpacks, etc.). The sale ends at 5pm and ends as soon as it runs out. The entrance to the sale is located under the awning at the rear of the Mark R. Shenkman Training Center closest to Morrone Stadium.
12:00pm – 1:00pm – Barton Family Football Complex Open House
UConn football season ticket holders are invited to a special open house at the Barton Family Football Complex. Fans can tour the inside of the building. Season ticket holders can RSVP to the event through a form sent via email on Friday, April 12th.

12:30pm – Fan Fest begins
Gates to Morrone Stadium will open at 12:30 p.m., and fans are invited to tour the concourses. There will be food trucks, concessions, inflatable games, lawn games, face painting, a photo booth, balloon artists and more. .
Fans in attendance will have the opportunity to take a photo with the 2023 and 2024 NCAA Men's Basketball National Championship trophies.
1pm – 2pm – Soccer practice
Fans will get their first look at the 2024 UConn Football team. Practices will feature situational drills, offensive and defensive position breakouts, and team-oriented segments, along with special in-practice interviews with student-athletes and coaches.
2pm – 2:30pm – Social gathering
After practice, fans will be invited to the Shekman Training Center for a meet-and-greet with the football team. Access to the Morrone Stadium field for photos will also be available at this time.
