CONNECTICUT โ State championship time has arrived for high school basketball, boys swimming and boys ice hockey teams across Connecticut as the CIAC tournament finals were held Thursday through Tuesday.
All 10 basketball finals will be played at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, three men's ice hockey championship games will be played at Quinnipiac University, and the men's swimming state open will be held at Yale University's pool. is.

- There are only two finals between higher seeds: Class L girls basketball (Holy Cross vs. Simsbury) and Division 2. Hockey (New Canaan vs. Notre Dame – West Haven)
- The teams with a chance to win back-to-back titles are Hamden Women's Basketball (LL), St. Bernard Men's Basketball (last year won Division II and is currently in Division I), and Northwest Catholic Women's Basketball (last year won S and is currently in Division I). - The basketball and hockey finals will feature three schools: Notre Dame-West Haven, Old Lyme and Sheehan (the latter two are part of the hockey co-op program).
