Elma and Montesano noticed a lot of offensive things Monday as they reflected on the boys soccer prep game at Harbor.

Elma 13, Ilwaco 0
Elma defeated Ilwaco 13-0 on Monday at Elma High School, with three players scoring hat tricks.
The Eagles (8-5, 7-3, 1A Evergreen) scored five goals in the first half, three of them by Cason Seeberg, and the senior forward completed his hat trick by halftime.
Seeburg repeated the feat by scoring three goals in the second half.
Elma senior midfielder Jose Perez and junior forward/midfielder Ivan Torres each scored three goals in the game, with Perez adding two assists for a great performance.
Elma hosts Hoquiam on Wednesday at 7 p.m.

Montesano 9, Fork 0
Montesano showed more than enough offensive power in a 9-0 win over Forks on Monday at Montesano.
The Bulldogs (9-3, 9-1 1A Evergreen) scored four goals in the first half from four different players.
Jules Desjours took the lead in the sixth minute with a goal from a corner kick, and forward Felix Romero scored two minutes later to quickly take a 2-0 lead.
Romero assisted on Levi Clements' goal in the 27th minute, and the Bulldogs took a 4-0 lead into the half with a goal by sophomore midfielder Andrew Melendez in the 33rd minute.
Goals from Romero in the 41st minute and Connor Fargo in the 43rd made it 6-0 for the Dogs.
Folks (2-8, 2-8) gave Monte the win with an own goal in the 46th minute.
Sophomore midfielder Chris Tovar scored in the 62nd minute, and Romero scored in the 65th minute to complete his hat trick and tie the score.
Monte took 24 shots in the game, 17 of which were on target.
The Bulldogs will play Tenino on Wednesday at 6 p.m.

Hoquiam lost 1-0 to Eatonville on Monday in Eatonville, with the only goal coming against them.
The Cruisers (8-4, 8-2 1A Evergreen) scored the only goal of the game in the 20th minute when senior striker Owen Van Eaton headed it into the back of the net.
“The whole game was a consistent back-and-forth affair. We fought hard the entire game,” Hoquiam head coach Cori Schmidt said. “I'm proud of the team. They never gave up and kept fighting for the win. They just couldn't close it out. It was a very tough game to lose.”
Schmidt cited the “hard work on the field” performances from Hoquiam's Jose Fabian and Michael Garcia.
Hoquiam plays at Elma on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
