Five people, including two children and a woman, were killed in a road accident near Gooti in Anantapur district. A family of seven living in Anantapur's Rani Nagar area was involved in a fatal accident on National Highway 44, killing three people instantly. The survivors were rushed to a government hospital in Ghouti for emergency medical treatment. Police are investigating the incident.
