Brittany attended the University of Texas at Tyler and had a successful collegiate soccer career. During her time there, she scored her 31 goals in her career, making her one of the university's leading scorers. After she graduated in 2017, she signed with UMF Afturelding/Fulham as a professional soccer player and was sent to Iceland.

But a year later, she realized her desire to prioritize family responsibilities, and after playing there for only one season and winning the championship trophy, the soccer star returned to the United States. She then revealed that one of her main reasons for returning to America was that she wanted to be a mother and that she was a sport. “It's not her calling.”
However, she still has connections to soccer and passionately supports her team, KC Current, showing that she continues to have a love for soccer through her different roles and positions.
