Blooms' charges stem from an incident that allegedly occurred on January 11 at approximately 7:30 p.m. That's when Blooms parked his car in the parking lot of the Louis Pink House in East New York, according to the district attorney's office. .
Surveillance cameras captured the entire incident, including the scene where a man believed to be Blooms' boyfriend left the car. According to the district attorney, Shakira Serrano, 24, who was previously in a relationship with Blooms' boyfriend, approached the woman's car and began arguing with Blooms, the woman's driver.
The video purportedly shows the boyfriend returning and attempting to separate the two women. Blooms then attempted to hit Serrano with his car, but was unsuccessful.
