OMAHA, Neb. — The inaugural Pro Volleyball Championship will be decided Saturday afternoon.
The Grand Rapids Rise will face the Omaha Supernovas in the 2024 Professional Volleyball Federation Championship at Chi Health Center in Omaha.
There's more than bragging rights here.
The winning team will receive a $1,000,000 player bonus.
The fourth-seeded Rise defeated the top-seeded Atlanta Vibe 3-2 on Wednesday to advance to the title match. The second-seeded Omaha Supernovas defeated third-seeded San Diego Mojo in a come-from-behind victory to earn their ticket to the championship.

$1,000,000 player bonus
The team that wins the championship will split the total prize pool of $1,000,000.
Next year, the Professional Volleyball Federation plans to invite 10 teams to the court, with Dallas, Indianapolis and Kansas City playing the inaugural season.
According to the federation, the league's top players will earn up to $175,000 in base salary in their second season in the league.
Overall, each team will earn more than $1.3 million in annual salary, and the 14 players on each team's final roster will earn more than $60,000 in the 2025 campaign.
