Cedar Falls, Iowa — UNI Volleyball's 50th anniversary year will feature a 30-game schedule that includes tournament trips to Dayton, North Dakota and Louisville, and the return of the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) tournament to the McLeod Center for the first time in five years.
After winning back-to-back MVC regular-season and tournament championships, as well as earning the program's 25th NCAA Tournament berth, the Panthers will seek a third consecutive title in both conferences for the first time since 2009-11. become.

Volleyball season ticket holders who renew during the month of May will be entered into a drawing to win two all-session passes to the 2024 MVC Volleyball Tournament and a commemorative UNI volleyball autographed by Head Coach Bobby Petersen.
Tickets can be renewed online at unipanthers.com/tickets or by calling the UNI Ticket Office at 319-273-4849. If you would like to purchase a new season ticket or change your seating position, it will be part of the normal seating process after the renewal period ends on July 31st. To secure the same seat, you must renew your ticket by the July 31st deadline. After the July 31st deadline, seats that are not renewed will be made available to the public.

Northern Iowa's 2024 schedule features eight postseason national teams from a year ago, including five NCAA teams and three NIVC Tournament qualifiers. The 22-team field also includes three defending regular-season conference championship teams from 2023: Creighton, Big East/Dayton, Atlantic-10/SMU, and American.
UNI will hold its annual Purple and Gold Red-White game inside the McLeod Center and will host a preseason exhibition match against South Dakota on Aug. 24, although dates have not yet been determined. The 2024 regular season begins one week later when the Panthers travel to Ohio State. Dayton Flyers Classic against Florida International, Dayton, and Ohio State.
Labor Day weekend highlights include North Dakota State's UND Classic at the Betty Engelstad Sioux Center, North Dakota State's trip to Grand Forks to take on SIU Edwardsville and West Virginia. . UNI will also begin a new quadrennial rotation tournament between Louisville, Rice and Creighton starting Sept. 13 in Louisville. The regular season home schedule opens with the Panthers hosting Texas A&M on September 19th, followed by back-to-back games against SMU on September 21st and 22nd.
The Panthers begin their defense of the MVC Championship when they host Southern Illinois on September 27th and will face Missouri State on Saturday. After visiting UIC and Valparaiso for the October opener, Northern Iowa begins a homestand against Belmont State (Oct. 11), Murray State (Oct. 12) and Drake State (Oct. 14). Returning home for three straight games, followed by Illinois and Bradley over the weekend.
After hosting Evansville (Oct. 25) and Indiana State (October 26) and visiting Murray State (Nov. 1) and Belmont State (Nov. 2), the Panthers The regular season home schedule concludes with a UIC home game on the 8th and a game against Valparaiso the following night. UNI concludes its regular season schedule with a three-game road trip to Missouri State (Nov. 15), Southern Illinois (Nov. 16) and Drake (Nov. 20).
For the first time since 2019, the MVC Tournament will be held at the McLeod Center, with the league's top eight teams getting a chance to earn an automatic berth to the NCAA Tournament. The 2024 MVC Tournament will be held from November 23rd to 26th.
