Harper Murray found himself in trouble again.
The freshman outside hitter is accused of shoplifting from Seals, according to a Facebook post and an official incident report from the Lincoln Police Department.
Murray is accused of stealing $70 worth of jewelry from the store. According to her Facebook post, she stole her merchandise and completed a $350 purchase. The LPD report states Murray received five rings valued at $12.99 each.
Murray was seen hiding the stolen items in plain sight on the store's security cameras. Surveillance camera footage also shows her wearing her ring as she arrives at her car in the parking lot.
Murray was charged with driving under the influence on April 5th. The case also included reckless driving, false identification, underage possession and interfering with a peace officer.
Murray's incident last month led to Nebraska suspending her from the May 4 spring game and costing her a spot on the 2024 USA Volleyball U21 Women's roster. USA Volleyball's initial roster, which included Murray, announced on April 3 has since been removed from its website.
Nebraska Athletics released the following statement after the allegations became public. We previously determined Harper would be suspended for Saturday's spring game. Further discipline will be handled internally. There are no further comments at this time. ”
The Ann Arbor, Mich., native had a miraculous rookie season as a Nebraska volleyball player, earning Big Ten Rookie of the Year and All-American Player of the Year honors with the third team.

Lawyers representing Mr. Murray appeared in court today for arraignment, but little was accomplished.
Murray's hearing on two misdemeanor charges, DUI and false identification, was postponed to June 24 by the judge's order.
Murray did not appear in court today but has been ordered to appear in court on June 24, according to court records.
