Karasuyama Air Base's representative volleyball team competed in the 2024 India Pacom Volleyball Tournament to be held at Yokota Air Base, Japan from April 25th to 28th, 2024.
Thirty-four members formed four teams: Karasuyama S1, Karasuyama S2, Vixen 1, and Vixen 2, and represented Korea Karasuyama AB in the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command tournament hosted by Yokota AB.
In preparation for the tournament, Karasuyama AB University Volleyball members practiced several hours every week for several months to prepare for the tournament.

Karasuyama S1, one of the men's teams in Karasuyama AB University Volleyball, won the third place medal in the tournament. All teams competed fiercely, but during the tournament, the Kadena AB team won the girls' division, and the Camp Foster team won the boys' division. This competition provided the Indopacom base with an opportunity to cultivate a holistic approach to readiness and resilience. This includes not only physical fitness, but also aspects such as mental toughness, teamwork, and strategic preparedness, all of which contribute to a stronger and more resilient force.
