Georgia Southern men's basketball signs head coach Adante Holliman, UTSA transfer guard charlie henry announced.

Holliman, a 6-0 junior guard, comes to Statesboro after two seasons with the Roadrunners and a freshman season at UTRGV.
Holliman, a native of McAlester, Oklahoma, appeared in 20 games and started 16 for the Roadrunners, averaging 7.5 points, 1.7 rebounds and 2.0 assists. He was second on the team in assists per game and steals per game.
He had four assists three times and scored 20 points multiple times, including a career-best 22 points against Lamar on Nov. 14.
This season, Holliman shot 31.5 percent overall (47-for-149), 30.5 percent from three (29-for-95) and 74.3 percent from the charity stripe (26-for-35).
In his freshman season with the Vaqueros, Holliman appeared in 24 games and started 11. He averaged 7.5 points, 1.2 rebounds, and 3.0 assists while shooting about 45 percent from the floor and 43.5 percent from 3-point range.
Holliman was named WAC Freshman of the Week three times, ranked 298th in the NCAA in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.33), 12th in the WAC, and led the NCAA in assists per game (3.0). and finished 12th in the WAC. .
The guard came out of McAlester High School and had a stellar prep career that included being ranked by ESPN as a four-star recruit and the No. 1 prospect in the state of Oklahoma. He is the school's all-time leading scorer with his 2,392 points and ranks in the top 50 in Oklahoma State history.
He averaged 32 points, seven rebounds, five assists, and four steals per game as a senior and was named All-State, Region 6 Male Athlete of the Year and McAlester News-Capital All-Area Boys Basketball of the Year. – Selected as The Year.
Holliman's father Will coached him in high school, and his two brothers also played basketball at the collegiate level. His younger brother Adonis plays at Texas A&M-Commerce and younger sister Jada plays at UTRGV.
