The ULM Beach Volleyball team is scheduled to begin the Sun Belt Conference Beach Volleyball Championship Tournament at noon Thursday (April 25) at the John Hunt Park Sand Volleyball Complex in Huntsville, Alabama, when the No. 7 Warhawks take on the No. 2 UNCW.
The championship is a three-day, double-elimination tournament with the winner earning an automatic berth to the 2024 NCAA National Collegiate Beach Volleyball Championship.

About Warhawks
- ULM has a total of 14 wins and 17 losses, with a conference record of 1 win and 5 losses. The Warhawks defeated Mercer 3-2 for their only conference win of the season. ULM began sponsoring beach volleyball in 2013 and achieved a program-best 31-4 record in 2023.
- After recording an overall record of 20 wins and 10 losses this season, caitlin beck and claire williamson Named to the All-Sun Belt Conference second team. Williamson, a sophomore from Glen Allen, Virginia, was a repeat member of the all-conference team and has an overall record of 52-12. Beck earned his 47 wins in his two-year ULM career. This dynamic duo went 15-7 in the second flight, 4-0 in the third, 1-0 in the fourth, and 0-3 in the first. They won 12 straight games and won 13 games 2-0. They are 4-2 in Sun Belt play, with wins over Mercer, Coastal Carolina, UNCW, and College of Charleston.

- Caitlin Nowak, a senior from Flower Mound, Texas, was named second-team All-Sun Belt Conference in 2023 after compiling a 26-9 record. The fourth-year letterwinner played in his 100th game at Tulane last weekend, improving his career record to 48-52. Marquez, a defenseman from Madisonville, Louisiana, is 8-10 this season and 34-17 in his career.
