Rochester 9, Marion 4: At Decatur, Rochester scored seven points on multiple Marion errors in the fourth inning, contributing to the nonconference victory.
None of Rochester's nine points were earned. Marion lost with a total of seven errors.
Regan Rezba had three hits and two runs in the leadoff position. Brooklyn Thompson had two RBI hits, and Eleanor Schudel and Jaylin Watts each had two hits. Samantha Greckler had two RBIs.
Watts (10-1) pitched the game with eight strikeouts. He gave up four runs on six hits and four walks.
Auburn 17, Greenfield/Northwestern 6: For Greenfield, Taylor Patterson hit a home run and went 5-for-6 with five runs batted in and two runs batted in for the non-conference victory.
Miley Shawn had four hits, two RBIs, and three runs scored. Sidney Rabideau pitched a complete game with two strikeouts. He allowed three earned runs on seven hits and one walk.
Carlinville 17, Vandalia 2 (4 times): For Vandalia, Addison Lyle hit two doubles and went 4-for-4 with two runs batted in and an RBI, contributing to the South Central Conference victory.
Olivia Kuntz had two hits and four RBIs. Kendall Maddox and Isabella Tiburzi each had two hits. Maddox had five strikeouts in two innings, no hits, and no walks.
Stanton 9, Piasa Southwestern 8: At Piasa, Stanton scored three runs in the top of the seventh inning and winning pitcher Gianna Bianco survived a late rally to clinch the South Central Conference victory.
The top four batters in Stanton's lineup combined for nine hits, seven RBIs, and seven runs scored. Lily Bundy had two hits in four at bats, including a two-run home run, two RBIs, and three RBIs.
Kylie Lusikow and Taylor Nolan combined for four hits, four RBIs, and two RBIs, while Elle Feldman went 3-for-4 with two RBIs. Evin Franke had three hits and two runs scored in the bottom half of the order.
Bianco had a good performance with 12 hits, 8 earned runs, no strikeouts, and 3 walks. Southwestern's Ella Cadell hit a three-run homer with two outs in the seventh inning, and Bianco got the final out to end the game.
Pleasant Hill 9, Beardstown 1: At Beardstown, McKinley Rowe struck out 13 and gave up one run on just four hits and no walks, winning the Western Illinois Valley Conference.
Lowe also had three RBI hits. Vanessa Nunez had two hits and one RBI for Beardstown.
Pana 8, Litchfield 1: For Litchfield, Shelby Ashcraft hit a home run in the first inning and contributed to the South Central Conference victory with two hits, six RBIs, and two RBIs.
Bayley Everly, Kennedy Bowker, Allie Sarver and Joey Laker each had two hits for the Panthers. Laker won with a complete game, allowing only two hits and one run, with eight strikeouts.
Lily Ann Leidner hit a home run for Litchfield.
Riverton 22, Southeast 8 (5 innings): For Riverton, Brooklyn Lanham led the Hawks to their first win of the season with 3 hits, 4 runs scored, and 5 RBIs.
Combined with Southeast's five errors, Riverton (1-15) had 14 walks and finished with seven hits. Jersey Malkins gave up four walks and scored three runs for Riverton. Teammate Opal Withers hit a two-run double.
Riley Elder and Daja Dean both had doubles and had two hits and two RBIs for Southeast (0-7).
Greenville 10, Hillsboro 5: In Hillsboro, the Comets rallied from a 5-0 deficit to dominate the Hilltoppers in South Central Conference play.
Hillsboro took a 4-0 lead into the second inning as Audrey Schultz and Peyton Chapelah hit RBI doubles and Briley Kirby hit a two-run double.
Losing pitcher Annika Camp extended the lead to 5-0 with an RBI single in the fourth inning. However, Greenville scored two runs in the fifth inning and added six on Haley Clark's grand slam (4-for-4), giving the Comets a 7-5 lead. Greenville added three more runs in the seventh inning.
For Hillsboro, Kenzie Jarman and Aubrey Evans each had two hits and scored one run.
Knoxville 4, Havana 2: In Knoxville, the host team scored one run in each of the fifth and sixth innings to break a 2-2 tie and win the non-conference game.
Losing pitcher Libby Johnson had two of Havana's four hits. Johnson had two doubles and two RBIs in the loss. He pitched 5 2/3 innings, giving up seven hits, four runs (three earned), three strikeouts, and two walks.
West Aurora 16, Williamsville 10: For Washington, Nicole Sinks hit a home run and had two hits, two RBIs, and two RBIs despite the non-conference loss.
Izzy Nowak had two hits, including a double, and three RBIs.
Geneseo 10, Williamsville 9: In Washington, Madisyn Bucy hit the go-ahead RBI in the sixth inning to lead Geneseo to victory.
Izzy Nowak hit a grand slam against Williamsville. She finished with three hits and seven RBIs.

Rochester 1, Quincy Notre Dame 0: At Ken Leonard Field, Alice Day saved a penalty kick in the tournament between Sacred Heart and Griffin, totaling four saves in a shutout victory.
Charlotte Beatty scored unassisted in the second half and the Rockets improved to 9-5-1 overall.
Auburn 9, Piasa Southwestern 1: Carissa Clark scored four goals for Auburn, which improved to 10-4-1 overall.
Emme Divjak assisted Clark's first goal, and Clark scored two more goals to take a 4-0 lead at halftime. Divjak had a goal and three assists.
Callie Gill totaled two goals and two assists. Haley Brinkley and Katie Pace also scored for the Trojans. Abby Harvey made three saves.

Titans win home invitation
CHATHAM — Natalie Alexander won three events to lead Chatham Glenwood to the Lady Titan Invite title.
The Titans finished first among 11 teams with 127 points, ahead of second-place Sacred Heart Griffin and Trono Unity, who had 102 points.
Alexander ran the 200-meter dash in 26.06 seconds and her signature event, the 300-meter hurdles, in 48.37 seconds. She also helped win the 4×100 relay (50.11 seconds) with teammates Trinity Caldwell, Bresilla Hemingway and Lane Mathews.
Sacred Heat Griffin's Antonette Bartoletti, Maria Bartoletti, Sophia Paul and Oliva Redpath won the 4×200 relay in 1:48.15.
Bartlettis also participated in the winning 4×400 relay with teammates Maggie Fleischli and Macy Rolfe in 4:10.57.
Redpath also won the individual 100 in 12.63 seconds, and Fleischli won the individual 800 in 2:31.70. Rolf completed the high jump with a height of 4 feet 10 inches. Paul defeated Alexander in the 100 hurdles (16.13 seconds).
Glenwood's Caitlin Lehnen took first place in the 400 meters with a score of 55.85.
