Rensselaer, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Buffalo Bills star running back James Cook and Flexwork Sports Management will be hosting a youth football camp in Rensselaer this summer. The camp will be held on July 7th at Rensselaer Middle and High School.
Cook is in his third year with the Bills, and he and quarterback Josh Allen helped the team reach the playoffs the past two seasons. He won the 2022 College Football National Championship while playing at the University of Georgia and was selected to his first Pro Bowl in 2023.
He finished the 2023 season with 1,122 rushing yards, 445 receiving yards and six total touchdowns. Cook is also the younger brother of fellow NFL running back Dalvin Cook.
This camp offers children ages 6 to 16 the opportunity to spend a fun, high-energy day of soccer with Cook and a staff of knowledgeable coaches. Activities include hands-on foundational exercises, skill stations, lectures, competitions, and more.
The event is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Cook will also be conducting youth camps in Rochester and Buffalo on July 8 and 9, respectively.
Rensselaer Middle/High School is located at 25 Van Rensselaer Drive. Registration for James Cook Youth His Football Camp can be completed online by visiting the FlexWork Sports Management website.
