Twelve of the NBA's biggest stars will wear the Stars and Stripes in Paris this summer.
USA Basketball has officially announced the 12-man roster for the 2024 Paris Olympic men's tournament, headlined by LeBron James, Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant.

James is returning to Team USA for the first time since the 2012 London Olympics. The NBA's all-time leading scorer is a three-time Olympian who won a bronze medal in 2004 and back-to-back gold medals in 2008 and 2012.
Meanwhile, Durant has a chance to become the first male basketball player to win four Olympic gold medals. He made his debut in 2012 and became the face of his USA team that won gold medals at the 2016 Rio Olympics and his 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
Curry will make his Olympic debut in Paris with Warriors head coach Steve Kerr taking the reins of the men's team. Curry, 36, is expected to be the starting point guard in the 2024 tournament.
Embiid, Haliburton, Edwards and Leonard will also be representing Team USA at the Olympics for the first time. Embiid, the 2022-23 NBA MVP, would have been eligible to play internationally for France or Cameroon, but he was transferred to Team USA in October.
Tatum, Holiday, Adebayo and Booker all won gold medals in their first appearances at the Tokyo Olympics. Davis is also a one-time gold medalist, winning the gold medal in 2012 before making his NBA debut.

Team USA is aiming for its fifth consecutive gold medal and 17th gold medal in men's basketball. The team also has a silver medal (1972) and two bronze medals (1988 and 2004) in its history.
The team opens on July 28th against Serbia at the Paris Olympics, then faces South Sudan on July 31st and Puerto Rico Olympic qualifiers on August 3rd.
