The University of Iowa Athletics Department will host a season-ending celebration Wednesday night for the women's basketball team, which advanced to the NCAA Tournament title game for the second consecutive year. The celebration at Carver-Hawkeye Arena was scheduled to begin shortly after 6 p.m. KCCI will be live streaming the event in the video player above. Head coach Lisa Bruder, All-American Player of the Year Caitlin Clark, seniors Molly Davis, Sharon Goodman, Kate Martin and Gabby Marshall are scheduled to speak. The Hawkeyes won their third straight Big Ten tournament this year, finishing with a school-record 34 wins. This was tied for the most wins in a single season in Big Ten Conference history, and the Hawkeyes reached the championship game for the second straight year, losing 87-75 to South Carolina.
