–Twenty-two senior student-athletes from the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) have been elected to the 2024 Hampshire Honor Society of the National Football Foundation and Collegiate Hall of Fame (NFF).
WIAC officials who secured accreditation include Kobe Berghamer, Carson Raddatz, Tony Steger and Brian White of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Justin Blazek of the University of California, Platteville; Eric Burke, Drew Hahn, Charlie Corbin, Jon Manns, Jaeger Reisman, and Crede Timm of the University of California, River Falls; UW-Stout's Wyatt Beyer, Cannon Greiner, Mac Crafter, Will Knutson, Matt Pomietro, Mason Priebe, John Smodinski, Carson Strong, Gervase Thompson and Mitch Wechter. and Egon Hayne of the University of Whitewater.
The NFF Hampshire Honor Society is comprised of college football players from all walks of life who have maintained a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 or higher throughout their collegiate careers. A total of 1,989 athletes were recognized from all NCAA divisions, the National Intercollegiate Athletic Association and Sprint Football.
Eligibility for NFF Hampshire Honor Society membership includes: Be a senior player who is graduating this spring/summer and has completed their final year of playing eligibility in 2023. Achieved a minimum grade point average of 3.20 throughout the undergraduate program. He was a starter or key contributor throughout the 2023 season.
