Four ice hockey teams win state titles

W 4 Nothing. So, the Hockey East tournament begins on Wednesday. Saturday's state hockey championship. It's a girls title game between Hanover and Oyster River. They did just that, scoring a goal to tie the score, and then it was Nora Bradley who scored the Bears' goal right in front of the net, which would be the game-clinching goal. Hannover won 2-1. The program's first state title since 2022. He has won 13 games since 2008. Next up is the Boys D2 game between Spaulding and Oyster River. Oyster River scored first and the Bobcats got one. Four high school ice hockey teams won state titles Saturday. Hanover Women's Ice Hockey defeated Oyster River Portsmouth 2-1. Oyster River men's ice hockey defeated Spalding 3-0. Berlin-Gorham men's ice hockey defeated Pembroke to take home the title. -Campbell 2-0. In the end, Londonderry boys ice hockey made history with its 5-2 victory over Windham as the school's first boys ice hockey state championship.
