Engineer death: 24-year-old engineer dies while playing cricket in Hyderabad | Hyderabad News

HYDERABAD: A 24-year-old engineer collapsed and died while playing cricket near Maheshwaram on the outskirts of the city on Saturday night. According to Maheshwaram police, Kashireddy Sanjay Bhargav, a native of Andhra Pradesh's Visakhapatnam district, was working in the city. For six months he lived in Gouridodi near Gachibowli. On Saturday, Bhargav along with his friends had gone to the KCR Cricket Stadium in Gatupalli for a cricket match. Around 4pm, he suddenly lost consciousness and fell to the ground. His friends rushed him to a private hospital in Muchintar, where doctors upon arrival pronounced him dead. Police registered a case under Section 174 CrPC and started investigation. Police said the exact cause of death will be determined after receiving the post-mortem examination report. After Sunday's PME, Bhargav's body was handed over to his family.
