With a year and a half remaining until the 2025 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship in Stockholm and Herning, the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) of the 2025 IIHFWM has unveiled the logo and graphic profile for the championship. The organizing committee and its organizations have developed the slogan “Pulse”.
During the IIHF Annual General Meeting held in Bratislava in May 2019, the Swedish/Danish bid to host the 2025 IIHF WM in Stockholm and Herning was successfully accepted. Preparations are in full swing and the Championship 2025 IIHF WM logo and appearance have been officially unveiled.
– We have been working together for a long time and have a common ambition to build magical experiences in arenas, but we also want to host hockey parties that extend beyond the ice hockey rink, both in Stockholm and in Herning. said Tony Wieren, CEO. His LOC for 2025 IIHF WM.
“To create an event that leaves an unforgettable impression, it’s important to start early on with a marketing and ticket sales strategy that brings the ice field hockey family together for an ice hockey festival that resonates with the host country and the hockey world at large.” That’s important, and of course the goal is a sold-out hockey festival where everyone can feel the pulse of world-class ice hockey,” said Jessica Linman, LOC Marketing and Communications Director for the 2025 IIHF WM.
The 2025 IIHF WM logo and branding was developed in close collaboration with the International Ice Hockey Federation.
– We captured the heartbeat of elite sports, the fans in the stands, and the presence in front of your TV broadcast at home. Few things create more excitement than a championship where your country competes for the gold medal. “Pulse” is a concept that unites sport, community and public celebration, and has left its mark throughout the global ice hockey community, said Karolina Zesreus, customer manager and senior project manager at the graphic agency.
