Indianapolis – The NCAA Division III Women's Ice Hockey Committee has announced the 11 teams selected for the 2024 NCAA Division III Women's Ice Hockey Championship. Of the 11 teams eligible for the championship, seven earned automatic berths as conference championship winners. One institution was selected from pool B. Pool B consists of independent institutions and institutions that are members of conferences that do not meet automatic eligibility requirements. Three institutions were selected from Pool C. Pool C consists of institutions from automatic qualifying conferences that are not conference champions and independent institutions.

The Pool B team was selected by the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, while the three schools selected from Pool C were Amherst, Hamilton and Plattsburgh State University.
This year's championship pairings are:
The first three games will be played on March 6th, and the quarterfinals four games will be played on March 9th. All tournament games will be held on campus. The first round games will take place at 7pm ET. The quarterfinal round games will be played at 3:00 PM ET. The host for the championship final will be decided on Saturday evening, March 9, after the quarter-final matches. The semi-finals will take place on March 15th at one of the four remaining institutions, and the championship game will take place on March 17th.
