Cincinnati's defensive back trio of Raequan Adkins, Jaden Davis and Jabrill White, along with linebacker Trevor Carter, entered their names into the portal.
Crawford had 44 tackles, 5.5 sacks and two forced fumbles at Arkansas State last year before attending Auburn University.
Conga had eight tackles and one sack at Rutgers last season and announced his decision to transfer to Louisville on Friday night.
