Florida State University's fall camp is rapidly approaching, and so is the 2024 football season. FSU has a premier matchup against Georgia Tech on Aug. 24, and there will be question marks over a Nole team looking to clinch another berth in the ACC Championship and College Football Playoff.

A key member of the 2024 team is quarterback DJ Uiagalelei, who will replace former FSU quarterback Jordan Travis, who was selected as an undrafted free agent by the New York Jets last draft cycle.
CBS Sports recently released its list of top 101-150 players and Uiagalelei, an offseason transfer from Oregon State, was ranked 149th. Last season, he threw for 21 touchdowns and 2,368 yards with seven interceptions.
Uiagalelei had a bounce-back season at Oregon State and became one of the most highly-anticipated quarterbacks in the portal. He threw 21 touchdowns and just seven interceptions, but his accuracy and consistency are still not there, but he's improved since his time at Clemson. Uiagalelei is big and has strong legs that allow him to move the chains. Now he'll be playing with some of the best talent ever and under the tutelage of one of the best play-callers in the game, Mike Norvell.

Uiagalelei has stiff competition from Brock Glenn for the starting spot, but he will be expected to lead the Seminoles to another winning run under head coach Mike Norvell and offensive coordinator Alex Atkins.
DJU is no stranger to the ACC — he was originally a five-star freshman at Clemson before transferring to Oregon State — and his ability to figure out the offense, along with the coaching staff's ability to build a team around an experienced quarterback, could determine Florida State's outcome by the end of the season.
Be sure to watch Uiagalelei and the rest of the Seminoles in action in Dublin, Ireland, during Week 0 of the 2024 season.
